Creating Extraordinary Learning Experiences
UCLA Extension is guided by our mission to “create extraordinary learning experiences for adults.” This workshop will provide an overview of the process that UCLA Extension is undertaking to achieve this goal, which starts with establishing a framework of academic excellence that guides program design and development. Participants will learn about the four pillars of excellence that creates the structure for extraordinary learning experiences at UCLA Extension, and how we work with our instructors to deliver and create learning experiences that are impactful. Discussion will encourage participants to consider how to leverage the framework to build successful training and development programs.
