Individuals with Disabilities in Leadership

Despite the incredible progress made since the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals with disabilities still face discrimination and inequality in the workplace and beyond. All too often individuals with disabilities are excluded from the executive boardroom and overlooked when it comes to leadership decision-making. LEAD2015 aims to inspire leaders who will work to abolish this outdated practice- not only for the benefit of individuals with disabilities, but for the decision-makers who are missing out on valuable insight and the opportunity to better their organizations.

The advisory board for individuals with disabilities is composed of people who have dedicated their lives to the fight for equality and inclusivity.

These passionate and dedicated people have carefully hand selected the most relevant and inspiring speakers and topics for the individuals with disabilities track. They have chosen approximately 25% of the speakers who will to represent the community of individuals with disabilities.
